vario MACRO cube
The Art of Elemental Analysis
Whether it is coal, oil, or soil analysis, elemental analysis of macro samples is a special technical challenge faced by analyzers. Elementar launches the vario MACRO cube to easily solve this problem. New technological solutions combined with proven techniques can simultaneously determine the CHNS of gram level samples. An analyzer that can automatically complete the measurement in one step.
The exquisite design of the "cube" instrument is not only beautiful, but also fully functional. It cleverly integrates ergonomics and functionality. The vario MACRO cube adopts a modular construction that can be flexibly adjusted to meet current and future needs. However, analytical accuracy remains the primary requirement for analyzers. And the vario MACRO cube happens to have this feature.
vario MACRO cube CN
Vario MACRO CN is a macro sample analyzer designed to quickly and economically determine nitrogen/protein in plants, food, and feed. It is an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional Kjeldahl nitrogen determination methods. This device can also be used to determine CN in fields such as agricultural research. It is an alternative device to vario MAX CN, but more cost-effective
vario MACRO cube CNS
A macro sample analyzer used for measuring carbon, nitrogen, and sulfur.
Typical application areas in CN or CNS mode include all soils and plants, environmental samples, and industrial products.
It is an alternative device to the Vario MAX CNS, but more cost-effective
vario MACRO cube CHN
A macro sample analyzer used for measuring carbon, nitrogen, and hydrogen.
Typical application areas in various modes include analysis of all petrochemical materials and plants, waste residues, environmental samples, and industrial products.
Economic alternative equipment for vario MAX CHN
vario MACRO cube CHNS
It is a macro sample analyzer that can simultaneously measure carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, and sulfur through one sample. With optional accessories, it can also measure oxygen and chlorine. It is also applicable to trace samples weighing only a few milligrams. Can analyze substances such as fossil fuels, soil, agricultural products, or environmental samples
Optional:
O mode:
The oxygen content was determined by thermal decomposition of the sample at 1150 ° C and determination of the amount of carbon monoxide formed using TCD or IR techniques.
Cl mode:
Determine the chlorine content by burning the sample at high temperature and using an electrochemical detector to determine the amount of hydrogen chloride formed.
SoliTIC mode:
Used to determine the total amount of inorganic bound carbon in the sample.
TOC mode:
Used to determine the total amount of organic bound carbon in the sample.
Of course, the instrument can be upgraded to other modes in the future.
High temperature combustion components
Quantitatively digest the test sample at a furnace temperature of up to 1200 ° C, with a ten-year warranty for the combustion furnace
When using tin foil, the instantaneous temperature during combustion can reach 1800 ° C. This is a prerequisite for achieving a 100% recovery rate, even for samples that are difficult to burn. Inject oxygen directly into the combustion point of the sample to locally enrich oxygen and reduce gas consumption
Wide weight range
According to the requirement of up to 200 milligrams of organic matter, the processing range can be optimized to macro scale (up to 1.5 grams of soil) samples
The dynamic range of element concentration and element ratio is extremely wide
Absolute carbon content of up to 150 milligrams or absolute nitrogen content of 100 milligrams (or 100%), ranging from ppm to 100%
Steel combustion tube
The sturdy combustion tubes used in the combustion furnace and secondary combustion furnace have a longer service life in CN and CHN modes
Blow sweep capture chromatography
It can perfectly separate gas components on up to three special adsorption columns without sample peak overlap, and automatically optimize analysis time,Non matrix dependentmulti pointCan be stable for several months
instrument
By controlling with a regular PC, more perfect results can be obtained, even in the presence of unknown or variable sample matrices. It is equipped with an integrated sampler that can accommodate 60 samples (upgradable to 120 positions) and optional features that comply with 21 CFR 11 regulations. Due to the digitization of all electronic components in the instrument, remote services can be achieved
One instrument host that meets all applications
No need for expensive special catalysts, easy cleaning of combustion tubes, and long service life of all components, these three advantages create low cost of ownership
Clean, safe, and fast
Analysis can be completed in a few minutes without using corrosive or toxic chemicals, with helium as the carrier gas
Simple installation requirements
A 48 x 55cm tabletop, one power supply (230V, 110V, 100V), and two gases are sufficient for long-term maintenance free operation
Electronic microbalance:
The balance and elemental analyzer form a system. We provide microbalances and analytical balances supplied by manufacturers for our instruments.
Sample injector:
Provide up to 120 spare sample trays for samples with large quantities and small volumes.
